STEEPEN V3.0 Junctional Hemorrhage Control Trainer is an advanced high-fidelity training model designed to practice the control of massive hemorrhage in the groin area in accordance with modern TCCC, MARCH, and PHTLS algorithms.
The model was developed by the STEEPEN expert team in collaboration with combat medics, surgeons, and tactical medicine instructors, ensuring high anatomical accuracy, clinical validity, and training effectiveness.
The trainer accurately reproduces the anatomical and topographical landmarks of the groin area, the behavior of soft tissues and vessels under critical injury conditions, as well as pressurized bleeding mechanics.
Inside the model, the superior pubic ramus is simulated, allowing proper orientation within the wound depth, practice of digital vessel compression against bony structures, and training conditions that closely resemble real-life scenarios.
