A highly realistic full-scale training simulator of an adult human arm, designed for practicing wound packing, temporary hemorrhage control, and tourniquet application (real application, not simulation) in accordance with modern TCCC, TECC, MARCH, and prehospital care protocols.
The simulator reproduces 4 types of upper limb injuries, allowing users to train for various clinical scenarios encountered in both combat and civilian trauma:
-
Laceration
-
Gunshot wound to the upper arm
-
Through-and-through gunshot wound to the forearm
-
Traumatic finger amputation
Each wound features a realistic appearance and a wound tract with blood vessels of 3 mm internal diameter, enabling simulation of massive hemorrhage and hands-on practice of deep wound packing, direct pressure, compression bandage application, and tourniquet placement.
The mannequin is made of premium-quality silicone with highly realistic tactile properties, providing a training experience that closely mimics working with real human tissue. Special attention has been given to anatomical accuracy and long-term durability.
