2. Delivery and Terms
Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine where logistics operators are active:
- Nova Poshta: To a branch office or by courier to your address. Delivery time: 1-3 business days.
- Ukrposhta: For remote regions or for economy shipping. Delivery time: 3-7 business days.
- Cost: Calculated according to the carrier's tariffs and depends on the weight/dimensions of the goods.

3. Warranty and Service
The company "STEEPEN" R&D LTD provides an official warranty on all products under the STEEPEN trademark.
- Warranty Period: Specified in the description of the specific product and/or in the warranty card.
- Warranty Obligations: Cover defects that occurred due to the manufacturer's fault.
- Post-Warranty Service: We also provide service support after the expiration of the warranty period.
4. Returns and Exchange of Goods
You have the right to return or exchange goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection":
- Period: Within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods.
- Return Conditions: The goods have not been used, their marketable condition, original packaging, seals, labels, and the settlement document (receipt) are preserved.
- Procedure: To arrange a return, contact our support service, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.
In case of detection of a manufacturing defect (inadequate quality), exchange or refund is carried out at our expense.
