The Occlusive Dressing Application Training Simulator is designed to train healthcare professionals, military medics, rescuers, and medical students. It simulates realistic conditions for treating penetrating chest and body injuries requiring a sealed dressing.

The trainer consists of two modules representing:

• Entry wound: Ø 10 mm
• Exit wound: Ø 25–30 mm

Design Features

1. Two separate modules: allow simulation of wounds on both sides of the body.
2. Secure attachment: velcro backing enables quick fixation to a training vest with hook-and-loop straps.
3. Artificial blood supply system:
   • Delivered through a specialized tube.
   • Bleeding intensity can be adjusted to simulate various injury scenarios.
4. Working area: sufficient for applying standard-size occlusive dressings.
5. Material: high-quality medical silicone realistically mimics skin texture and elasticity.
