PAYMENT FOR GOODS

1) For standard delivery to a convenient Nova Poshta branch - we do not require prepayment*: the buyer can pay for the purchase at the time of receiving the order at the Nova Poshta branch using the methods offered by the carrier (cash or card).

You can also pay for your purchase by bank card - a link to the payment page will be sent to you by the manager after confirming your order.

Or you can pay for the purchase by bank transfer - if you want to pay for the purchase through your Internet bank, let us know and we will send you an invoice with all the necessary details. Using the LiqPay online payment service is also a convenient way to pay.

2) In case of address delivery and delivery to parcel lockers - such delivery is carried out on prepayment terms. In this case, after confirming the order, we will send the Buyer a link to the bank card payment page.

RETURN OF GOODS

You have the right to return unused goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you have not returned the goods within this period, as well as if the goods have been used - the return cannot be processed. The product must be returned with its original packaging. If the product you want to return was sold as a set/kit of several products, the return will only be processed if the entire set/kit is returned. The list of goods that are not subject to return is defined by the Law "On Consumer Protection".

If the returnable item does not suit you, call us and we will process the return.

After processing, the unsuitable item needs to be sent to us - we will provide the data (Nova Poshta branch number) for delivery.

Shipping of unsuitable goods is at the Buyer's expense. To process a refund for unsuitable goods, you must include the sales receipt in the package. Refund for unsuitable goods will be made by non-cash method. Payment of the transfer commission for the return is at your expense.

Any changes to the terms and conditions of delivery, payment and return of goods may be changed and take effect at the time of their publication on this website. Review this section from time to time.

* If the Buyer wants delayed delivery - the goods can be reserved for no more than one working day. For a longer period, delayed shipment is possible subject to full payment of the order. If the Buyer wants to receive their unpaid purchase after a longer period of time (for example, in a week, a month, next year) - the goods will be returned to sale, the order will be transferred to the status of canceled - its renewal on the required date will occur upon notification / call from the Buyer only if the selected product is available.

** If the Buyer did not appear at the Nova Poshta branch to view/receive the order in previous orders, subsequent purchases will be sent only on the condition of prepayment (payment for the order by bank card or bank transfer BEFORE transfer for delivery).
