PRODUCT DELIVERY
We do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. After you place an order, processing will begin - our consultant will call you to clarify the list of items, their availability, and other details. Order processing and shipping take place on working days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, as well as on holidays, are processed on the next working day*.
For the delivery of our products, we use the services of external courier companies: currently, all deliveries from our store are carried out by Nova Poshta.
Your order will be delivered to a Nova Poshta office convenient for you. Address delivery is also possible if Nova Poshta offers and can carry out such delivery to the required address.
Package storage at the Nova Poshta office will be according to the carrier's rules, and after the end of the standard free storage period, an order that has not been received by the Buyer will be returned to the Seller**.
PACKAGING
We try to minimize the amount of packaging we use, so we pack all items during the collection of a specific order. Typically, an order is carefully packed in a cardboard box (dense flat packaging may be used for small volume items). The box has an additional protective film coating on top (protection against moisture / dirt and other damage during transportation). If you have special wishes about how you would like us to pack your purchase - please let us know, and we will try to find a solution if possible.
* If the Buyer wants delayed delivery - the goods can be reserved for no more than one working day. For a longer period, postponement of shipment is possible subject to full payment of the order. If the Buyer wants to receive their unpaid purchase after a longer period of time (for example, in a week, a month, next year) - the goods will be returned for sale, the order will be transferred to the status of canceled - its renewal on the required date will occur upon notification / call from the Buyer only if the selected goods are available.
** If the Buyer did not appear at the Nova Poshta office to view / receive the order in previous orders, subsequent purchases will be sent only on the condition of prepayment (payment for the order by bank card or bank transfer BEFORE transfer for delivery).
